Of particular note is the way the food is served. The waiters wearing the Chong graben (Thai style Dhoti) and the sabai (the cloth wrap for the ladies) bring you the food in the pinto (a container of serried dishes designed to be stacked up and carried very efficiently in one hand) rarely found elsewhere these days, particularly in the bustling business district like this one. Here you can order either Thai or Vietnamese dishes, all delicious: for example, the fish sushee (fish in curry sauce), namprik on a boat, tomyam gung in young coconut. For the Vietnamese menu, you can start with the Khao griab Saigon (sesame crackers, topped with savory minced pork) , full of goodness and flavors. For drinkers, try the house special cocktails, Thai lemon grass , which comes in a small glass with a big kick that can knock you out unaware.
